Information we collect

We don't collect any personal information about you. Pounce Play has no user accounts and no server that we control, so there is nothing for us to gather, receive, or store about you.

Data stored on your device

To do its job, the app keeps some information on your device — for example, your play setup (how often you want to play and which toys you have) and your recent play activity. This information stays on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and deleting the app removes it.

Depending on your device settings, this data may be included in your device's normal backups (such as iCloud). Those backups are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, not ours.

Analytics

Pounce Play does not currently use any analytics, tracking, or measurement services (such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar tools).

We may add analytics in the future to understand how the app is used and to make it better. If we do, we will update this policy to explain what is collected and why before that change takes effect, and we will aim to collect as little as possible.

Subscriptions and payments

Pounce Play offers a paid subscription. Purchases and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store — we never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of that information is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.

Sharing with third parties

Because there is no server and we collect no personal information, we do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. The only third party involved is Apple, for app distribution and subscription billing, as described above.

Children's privacy

Pounce Play is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, if we introduce analytics — we will update this page and revise the date above. We'll make meaningful changes clear, here or within the app.
